Everything to know before you order: what to send, how to get it to us, your metal options, and how to care for your piece.
What to Send
- Breast milk1 oz
- Cremation ashes1 teaspoon
- Dried flowers2–3 petals, completely dry, of each color
- Fabric2 inch square
Place each inclusion in its own sealed bag or container and clearly label it with your name.
Breast milk can be fresh or frozen. Double bag it to prevent leaks or damage.
Any unused inclusions will be returned with your order. Unused preserved breast milk powder will also be returned to you. Keep it sealed and dry in case you want to have something else made in the future.
Metal Options
Stainless Steel $
Extremely durable and low-maintenance, and it resists tarnishing, rust, and corrosion. It has a darker color than sterling silver or gold filled, and fewer design options.
925 Sterling Silver $$
A timeless, high-quality precious metal and one of the most popular choices for keepsake jewelry. Durable and hypoallergenic, and it can last years with proper care. It does naturally tarnish over time, but is easily cleaned.
14k Gold Filled $$$
Significantly more durable than gold-plated jewelry, and with proper care it can keep its beauty for many years. Fewer styles and design options are available compared to sterling silver.
Getting Your Inclusions to Us
Shipping
- Make sure your inclusions are sealed, double bagged, and labeled with your first and last name.
- You cover the cost of shipping your inclusions to us.
- When your keepsake is complete, we ship it back to you at no additional charge.
- Once your package ships, send us a message with the tracking information so we can watch for it.
Local Drop-Off & Pickup
- A cooler on our front porch is used for all keepsake drop-offs and pickups. The address is shared with you after you order.
- Seal and double bag your inclusion, and write your first and last name on the bag.
- If you purchased a ring, you'll find a ring sizer in the cooler.
- When you've dropped everything off, send us a message so we can bring it inside.
- We'll let you know when your piece is ready, and it will be placed in the same cooler for pickup.
Our current turnaround is approximately 3–6 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions. This may vary with the availability of your chosen setting, as settings are ordered specifically for each customer.
Care & Wear
To help your keepsake stay beautiful for years to come:
- Remove before swimming, showering, bathing, or using a hot tub.
- Remove before exercising, gardening, cleaning, or any activity that may expose the jewelry to impact, moisture, or chemicals.
- Avoid perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, sunscreen, and household cleaners.
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not being worn.
- Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, or ultrasonic jewelry cleaners.
Your keepsake is more than an accessory, it's a cherished memory. While the resin used to create your stone is durable, it is not indestructible, and it should be treated as a treasured heirloom rather than everyday jewelry. Over time, constant exposure to sunlight, moisture, body oils, friction, heat, and everyday activities can cause resin to age naturally, which may change its color, clarity, or shine. To preserve your keepsake as long as possible, we recommend wearing it for special occasions or limited wear.
Because each stone is individually handcrafted from your own precious materials, every piece is one of a kind. Slight variations, tiny air bubbles, and subtle textures are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of your jewelry.

Because each order is custom-made and personalized, all sales are final. Once payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or changes to your order, as materials are ordered specifically for your design. Please make sure you're 100% sure of your ring size.
